In Spain, many members from different provinces manage this sustainable development project, working on a completely voluntary basis.

We are brought together by a single philosophy and we devote time and resources to help to improve the quality of rural living in the state of Bihar, working closely together with the Integral Rural Development Trust (IRDT).

Most of our members carry out work to raise awareness of the project and to attract members. To ensure our work units are as efficient as possible, we coordinate our work through a horizontal management organizational chart in which each member fulfils a mission and therefore the project is managed ‘among all’, hence our name, achieving the action that defines and describes us.

This is our small organisational network:

• Our Administration and Communication departments are located in Zaragoza:

• We have a Distribution Centre for items produced in India in La Coruña.
• Our headquarters are located in Cenicientos (Madrid) where we hold quarterly meetings, study the project, control our accounts and draw up our annual reports.
